These terms (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Nexuss Technologies Ltd(“Nexuss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your access to and use of nexusstechnologies.com(the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

03 About this website

The Site is the corporate web presence of Nexuss Technologies Ltd. Its purpose is to provide information about who we are, the products we build, and how to contact us.

The Site is offered free of charge and does not require an account. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

04 Acceptable use

05 Our products

Nexuss Technologies Ltd is the parent company behind a number of separate products, including Splitem, Styliya, and Saipay. Each product is offered under its own separate terms of service and privacy policy, available on each product's own website or in-product.

These Terms govern only your use of nexusstechnologies.com and do not apply to your use of any of our products. References to or descriptions of our products on this Site are for information only and do not form part of any contract for those products.

06 Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Nexuss wordmark and brand mark, page layouts, and the underlying code — is owned by Nexuss Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The names “Nexuss,” “Nexuss Technologies,” and the Nexuss brand mark are trademarks of Nexuss Technologies Ltd. The names of our products are trademarks of Nexuss Technologies Ltd or their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexuss Technologies Ltd will not be liable to you for any:

  • Loss of anticipated savings.
  • Loss or corruption of data or information.
  • Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
  • Indirect or consequential loss of any kind, however arising.

Our total liability to you in connection with the Site or these Terms, in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed £100 in aggregate.

If you are using the Site as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

10 Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is the version published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top reflects when it took effect. By continuing to use the Site after a change has been posted, you accept the revised Terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability. We are not responsible if any part of the Site is unavailable for any period.

11 Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision of them. This does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
